4. The loss of the political power and struggle to establish its identity.
5. Shaikh Ahmad Sarhindi, Shah Waliullah and his followers, Mujahideen of Balakot. The catastrophe of 1857: Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Allama Iqbal and Quaid -i-Azam.
