Prof. Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam Director Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar delivered key note speech at a reference held in memory of nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan. The reference was held at Pashto mesum University of Peshawar. Mayor Peshawar Mr. Zber Ali was the chief guest. Chairman Chitral Association for Education and Health Mr. Habibur Rahman and eminent scholar Prof Israruddin also spoke on the occasion.
